About The Position

Sitero is hiring a PMO Project Manager to manage assigned projects and workstreams within established PMO standards and governance. The role applies standardized processes, tools, and leadership practices to guide cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, from Initiation through Closure, while maintaining alignment with scope, schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and stakeholder expectations. Projects may involve Sitero eClinical platforms—including EDC, RTSM, CTMS, eConsent, and Payments—or contracted clinical services such as Clinical Operations and Data Management. The position manages multiple concurrent client engagements and serves as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders on assigned projects. The Project Manager leads project planning and delivery, maintains integrated plans and project records, tracks budgets and KPIs, manages risks and formal changes, and provides regular reporting to clients and PMO leadership. The role coordinates client communications, cross-functional delivery, application and technical support, quality and compliance activities, audits, and project closure. It also supports client training and product upgrades, monitors client satisfaction, identifies potential service opportunities, and contributes to PMO knowledge-sharing and process improvement. The role is remote in Poland. It is full-time and permanent (indefinite), with standard hours of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, a one-hour lunch, and additional hours as needed. Travel may be required up to 20%.
