You'll provide professional and efficient construction administrative support to Project Managers and regional project teams. You'll serve as a liaison between project management, field teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and coordination. You'll maintain and track project schedules in collaboration with Project Managers. You'll coordinate project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, scheduling participants, reserving meeting rooms, organizing presentation materials, and arranging meals as needed. You'll manage project documentation by maintaining SharePoint and Microsoft Teams sites, ensuring compliance with document management procedures, and supporting file organization and distribution. You'll support project staff with administrative tasks, including expense reporting, timesheets, training records, and project documentation. You'll prepare, edit, and format reports, presentations, and other project deliverables while compiling data for analysis. You'll handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of professionalism and discretion. You'll develop effective PowerPoint presentations for meetings, client updates, and executive reviews. You'll establish and maintain organized systems for document filing, time reporting, training records, and other project tracking activities. Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
