About The Position
ALG Infrastructure Advisors (an Indra company) is seeking PMO Analysts to support the Program Management Office (PMO) for the Concessions Modernization Program at Miami International Airport. The program is a $250M+ project to redevelop more than 200 airport concession spaces. Working alongside the Miami-Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) Program Controls division, the role provides hands-on experience in large-scale project management, data analytics, and stakeholder reporting. The position is 100% on-site at MIA.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or a related field; recent graduates are welcome.
- 2–4 years of experience in data visualization and data modeling.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, or design/spatial software.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update program dashboards and systems, including Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, and Autodesk Forma.
- Monitor schedules, costs, and project variances across more than 200 active projects and flag risks.
- Prepare progress updates and presentations for airport leadership, County Commissioners, and key stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings with MDAD leadership, tenants, architects, and project teams.
- Organize program files, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
