About The Position

The Program Support Analyst is accountable to help manage, coordinate and streamline programs in alignment with PMO program managers by combining tasks with data analysis at SkyWater Florida. This role involves managing finance accrual and T&M reporting, assisting with WIP tracking and performance tracking, and supporting PMs with progress reports. The analyst will also maintain documentation, manage program schedules, ensure compliance with guidelines, identify operational bottlenecks, and act as a liaison between PMO team members and SWFL departments.

Requirements

Ability to review data, spot trends, and organize information using spreadsheets or databases
Strong written and verbal skills for effective collaboration and reporting
High attention to detail for managing multiple tasks, records, and schedules
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-administrative discipline
2-5+ years in program or administrative support
Expert in organizational and communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
US Citizen Required
