About The Position

The Program Management Advisory and Execution (PMAE) is an enterprise-level resource supporting all business units across the bank to plan, execute, and govern complex cross-functional initiatives, programs, and projects. PMAE acts as a partner to interject project management discipline into work efforts, operating across silos and adapting to various topics while adhering to program management governance rules. The organization comprises over 80 program management professionals with diverse backgrounds, handling engagements that typically range from regulatory compliance to risk management. While not solely technology-focused, PMAE's work may involve integrating technology dependencies into broader business initiatives. This is a highly matrixed organization where primary managers do not provide daily oversight; professionals are expected to operate independently, interacting with clients and stakeholders daily. As initiatives conclude, professionals are assigned to new bodies of work with new sponsors and stakeholders, maintaining their primary PMAE supervisory chain.
