The Treasury Technology Team is currently seeking a senior technology leader to run the Global Liquidity Management Technology Transformation Program. Global Liquidity Management (GLM) is part of Global Treasury and oversees State Street’s liquidity planning, monitoring, methodologies, analytics, and regulatory reporting globally. The group manages regulatory ratios such as the LCR, NSFR as well as the liquidity buffer requirements resulting from its Internal Liquidity Stress testing (ILST) and Recovery and Resolution planning (RRP) framework (RLAP/RLEN). The group is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements, such as the daily FR2052a and associated public disclosures, in alignment with Regulation WW, liquidity-relevant sections of Regulation YY and Regulation QQ, SR 11-7 MRM requirements and Basel Risk Data Aggregation principles (BCBS 239). This role will report to the Chief Information Officer for Treasury and Lending Technology and will be responsible for the design, architecture, planning, and delivery for the GLM Program book of work for modernizing and rationalizing the technology landscape.
