About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a PM Ravello Cook 3 to provide culinary support in Ravello, their modern Italian restaurant. This role involves delighting guests with offerings such as house-made pasta, pizza, and limoncello, crafted with imported Italian ingredients. Requirements

Prior experience with a grill, sauté, and knowledge of advanced knife cuts
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
Flexible and available when extensive work hours are needed
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
Must be fluent in English
Must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Primarily work with the hot station (e.g., meat temperatures, cooking steaks, chicken, in-depth prep of warm items, etc.)
Build inventory lists, as well as strategic overviews of preparation for the specific outlet
Rotate among different outlets depending on occupancy, events, and overall need of the resort
