About The Position

This position provides culinary support in our breakfast and Italian restaurant, Ravello. The role involves working with cold items, overall preparation organization, and flexibility in cross-training in other outlets, including the hot station. The cook will specialize in preparing hot breakfast items quickly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and juggling multiple tasks without compromising quality.

Attention to detail, good communication skills
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, large team environment
Flexible and available when extensive work hours are required
At least 1 year of culinary experience
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Primarily work with cold items, and overall preparation organization
Flexible in being cross trained in other outlets, and work within the hot station ( I.e meat temperatures, cooking eggs , chicken, sausage, and bacon in depth prep of warm items, etc.)
Maintain a clean, and organized workstation
Mainly work as a breakfast ‘short-order’ cook, specializing in cooking hot breakfast items in a quick, efficient, and quality manner
Able to juggle several items without allowing the quality of service and dishes to suffer
