About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an AM Ravello Cook 2 to provide culinary support in their breakfast and Italian restaurant, Ravello. This role requires 3-5 years of culinary experience and involves supporting the culinary team, focusing on service and organization, and potentially leading the line and collaborating with other team members. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work all stations, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and possess a sincere willingness to provide excellent service.

Requirements

3-5 years of culinary experience
Flexible in working extensive shifts
Able to work every station within the outlet
Display a high skill level
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working well within a large team
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
Must be fluent in English
Possess legal work authorization in the United States
