Requirements

Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work evening shifts and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Culinary skills daily to prepare and cook dishes that meet the hotel's quality standards, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Attention to detail is critical when following recipes and plating food to maintain consistency and presentation.
Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members and managing workflow during busy service periods.
Time management and multitasking abilities help the cook handle multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is applied continuously to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
