Requirements

Previous experience as a line cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in breakfast or brunch service.
Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation.
Ability to work early morning shifts and maintain energy and focus during busy service periods.
Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
Reading and writing abilities are used often when completing paperwork, logging issues/complaints/requests/ information updates, etc.
Basic math skills are used frequently when handling cash or credit.
Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, and training abilities are often used.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting.
