Requirements
- Good attitude and work ethic practices to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria.
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.
- Stable job history (on the job training is available).

Responsibilities
- Provide every guest with professional, efficient, and friendly service.
- Keep tables and chairs neat and orderly at all times.
- Describe all menu items, methods of preparation, and prices as needed.
- Accommodate guest's special food requirements within policy.
- Perform all side work according to posted duties.
- Perform other necessary duties upon request.
