About The Position

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a PM Busperson to join its Outlets team. The role supports food service operations by setting up and clearing tables, stocking service stations, and assisting food servers with table service to ensure guest satisfaction. The position requires professional guest communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle specified loads and move goods using a hand cart or truck.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Ability to communicate well with guests.
• Willingness to help co-workers and be a team player.
• Knowledge of appropriate table settings and serviceware.
• Ability to grasp, lift, carry, or otherwise transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
• Ability to move or push goods on a hand cart/truck weighing a maximum of 150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables.
• Stock all service stations.
• Assist food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.
• Pitch in and help co-workers with their job duties.
