About The Position

As a Busperson on Hilton’s Hotels team, you help create memorable guest experiences by keeping dining areas clean and organized and supporting dining service. The role calls for a friendly, upbeat approach to guest interactions and a proactive focus on making each guest’s experience special. You clear and transport tableware, maintain stocked and clean service stations, assist servers, and prepare tables for dining. You also follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the guest experience special.
• Remove dishware, glassware, and silverware after meal service and deliver them to the dishwashing area.
• Keep service stations fully stocked, clean, and ready for service.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages, bread, and other items as needed.
• Clear and reset tables with clean serviceware.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
