The PM Banquet Houseperson is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of banquet events by adhering to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), providing excellent guest service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the banquet area. This role involves assisting with room setups, food service, and cleanup, as well as ensuring all equipment is properly stored and rooms are secured at the end of the workday. The position requires upholding StepStone and hotel standards for food, beverage, and guest service to ensure guest satisfaction.
