About The Position

This role is for a Plywood Shift Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing shift operations in a manufacturing environment, focusing on total quality management and facilitating change and growth.

Requirements

• High school degree required
• Two to four years previous experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience required
• Computer skills required
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Possess problem solving, analytical, organizational and team building skills
• Must be able to work well with people
• Must be able to facilitate change and growth in a total quality management environment

Nice To Haves

• Technical/formal training preferred
• Knowledge of wood products manufacturing process is preferred
