Project for Pride in Living (PPL) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering low-income individuals and families to become self-reliant through integrated services in housing, employment, and education. The LEAP (Learn. Earn. Achieve. Potential.) program, launched in 2016, is a nationally recognized youth development initiative dedicated to helping system-involved youth discover their strengths, achieve their goals, and build sustainable careers. Through a unique blend of wraparound support services, career readiness programming, and Hennepin County's Plus Program, LEAP equips young people with the tools, resources, and connections needed to thrive. The Plus Program has been a cornerstone of support for county-involved youth across Hennepin County for over a decade. By helping young people achieve academic milestones, access postsecondary education and workforce training, and develop career pathways leading to family-sustaining wages, Plus creates lasting opportunities for success. The program's impact is strengthened through a collaborative network of schools, community partners, and youth-serving professionals working together to empower the next generation. The Plus Program Manager leads the coordination and continuous enhancement of Hennepin County's Plus Program, driving impactful services for county-involved youth across multiple sites. This position fosters strong partnerships with schools, community organizations, county stakeholders, and program staff while overseeing enrollment, technical assistance, staff training, compliance, data analysis, reporting, and resource management.
