About The Position

Rescue Rooter is seeking a Plumbing Warehouse Specialist in Irving, TX. This role is crucial for ensuring our technicians have the necessary materials and equipment to perform their jobs efficiently. The Plumbing Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for managing inventory, stocking vehicles, receiving shipments, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. This position is with American Residential Services, the largest provider of residential services in the U.S., with over 45 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services.

Requirements

• Related warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Valid state driver’s license required
• Basic computer experience required; Outlook email experience
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems a plus
• Commercial driver’s license, EPA certification, or forklift license may be required (based on location)

Responsibilities

• Pull and organize materials for scheduled jobs
• Stage materials and equipment for technician readiness
• Stock service vehicles with required parts
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
• Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks
• Maintain and track inventory, supplies, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate warranty item returns and vendor shipments
• Operate a forklift to move materials and unload trucks
• Keep warehouse organized and responsive to operational needs
• Maintain accurate documentation on inventory and purchases
