About The Position

Southern Air of Mississippi is seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join their growing and dedicated plumbing and drains team. Plumbing Technicians are paid on a commission basis with uncapped pay potential. The company prioritizes employee well-being and rewards hard work. Many technicians earn over $100k/year. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.

Requirements

1-5 Years Plumbing and Drain experience preferred
Plumbing degree, license, or apprenticeship
Current plumbing certification as required by state
Familiarity with diagnosis and repair of residential plumbing issues
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Service Plumbing: 1 Year (Required)
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing systems to identify drain-related issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot drain problems, including blockages, leaks, and pipe damage.
Utilize specialized tools and equipment to perform drain cleaning, unclogging, and repair.
Install, repair, and maintain drain pipes, fitting, and fixtures.
Interact professionally and honestly with customers to help them understand plumbing concerns and solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of services, including documenting pictures of before and after services have been completed.
Educate customers on best practices for their drain systems.
Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
Attend appropriate safety training as required by the company.
