We are dedicated to providing top-quality home services to residential and commercial clients. We are seeking motivated and skilled Plumbing Technicians to join our growing team. This position is designed to develop technicians who can be placed into either a Maintenance Technician or Service Technician role based on performance, technical ability, and customer service skills. You will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and improving plumbing systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of plumbing experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years preferred for advanced placement
- Nexstar or Service Essentials training preferred
- Additional certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide customers with at least three effective solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding problems, recommended solutions, and pricing
- Maintain accurate job documentation, including before, during, and after photos and solution sheets in ServiceTitan
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
- Promote company Home Protection Plans to non-members
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, company policies, and local plumbing codes
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and plumbing technologies
