About The Position

At Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, we are looking for plumbing service technicians who know how to get in, get it done right, and leave the site cleaner than they found it. Requirements

1+ years of residential plumbing installation experience.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently, without being micromanaged.
Commitment to personal growth, ownership, and being part of a winning team.

Responsibilities

Pre-measure job sites and ensure accurate prep for clean, on-time installs.
Install equipment properly and test for quality assurance.
Document your work in our trade software, ServiceTitan, to keep your day running smooth.
Pursue certifications if needed – we want to invest in people who are willing to invest in themselves.
Own your route and represent Pioneer with professionalism.
