Steve's Plumbing & A/C Service is seeking Plumbing Technicians to join their team in Lihue. They are a trusted and local plumbing and HVAC service provider in Hawaii, serving Maui, Oahu, Big Island, and Kauai. They are looking for individuals with a professional, service-minded mentality to become part of their family-like work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years plumbing experience
• A polite manner and excellent customer service skills
• Sound knowledge of water systems
• Valid Driver's License Required
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Being a licensed plumber is a plus

Responsibilities

• Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
• Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and all variety of plumbing.
• Diagnose, repair and replace plumbing fixtures and systems as needed.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and develop solutions.
• Performing plumbing maintenance and educating homeowners on services.
• Providing customers with quality options and closing calls.
• Knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, re-pipes, re-drain, leak detections, water heaters.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal usage.
