About The Position

Steve's Plumbing & A/C Service is seeking Plumbing Technicians to join their team in Aiea. They are a trusted local plumbing and HVAC service provider in Hawaii, serving Maui, Oahu, Big Island, and Kauai. They are looking for individuals with a professional, service-minded mentality to become part of their family.

This role involves handling a variety of plumbing emergencies, installing and repairing plumbing systems, diagnosing issues, performing maintenance, and educating homeowners. The technician will also be responsible for providing customers with quality options and closing calls.

Requirements

• 3+ years plumbing experience
• Valid driver's license required
• A polite manner and excellent customer service skills
• Sound knowledge of water systems
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Being a licensed plumber is a plus
• Knowledge of plumbing diagnostics, re-pipes, re-drain, leak detections, water heaters

Responsibilities

• Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
• Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and all variety of plumbing
• Diagnose, repair and replace plumbing fixtures and systems as needed
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and develop solutions
• Performing plumbing maintenance and educating homeowners on services
• Providing customers with quality options and closing calls
• Preform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal usage
