Requirements
- 1-5 years of plumbing experience preferred
- Plumbing certification or equivalent field experience from a technical/trade school
- Familiarity with local plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in plumbing installation and repair
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Perform residential plumbing installations, including water heaters, piping, fixtures, and water filtration systems
- Identify plumbing malfunctions, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure systems function efficiently and meet safety standards
- Respond to service calls, identify issues, and perform necessary repairs to restore plumbing functionality
- Install, maintain, and repair water supply lines, drainage systems, and gas piping
- Address client concerns, explain system operations, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, job progress reports, and materials used
- Maintain communication with the dispatcher and other departments to ensure efficient scheduling and job completion
- Exhibit flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed while managing tasks with minimal supervision
- Adhere to all company policies and industry safety regulations
- Handle equipment and lift at least 50 lbs as part of daily responsibilities
