Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and public speaking abilities.
  • 3+ years in Plumbing service and sales
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email tools, and related technology.
  • Two years of leadership, team training, or coaching experience.

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceTitan software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee technician performance on every job, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead weekly sales meetings to review repair trends, channel sales, and system performance.
  • Assist technicians in creating the most effective system designs for customer needs.
  • Communicate marketing campaigns and promotions to the team.
  • Track, analyze, and review branch sales KPIs, including gross close rates and average ticket size.
  • Present repair and replacement options to customers virtually or by phone.
  • Conduct bi-monthly sales reviews and ongoing coaching for technicians.
  • Monitor compliance with Goettl standards and ensure accurate job data collection.
  • Time manage technician schedules and provide real-time support.
  • Participate in technical training sessions to enhance team skills.
