Requirements

  • 2+ years of service management, supervisory, or leadership experience
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software
  • Proven ability to improve team performance and drive revenue growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing technicians
  • Drive department performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Manage scheduling, dispatch coordination, and daily operations
  • Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Monitor KPIs, revenue goals, and technician performance
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
  • Identify opportunities for service, repair, and maintenance growth
  • Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with office staff to maximize efficiency and customer experience
