At TRIO Heating, Air & Plumbing, we are looking for elite Plumbing Selling Technicians, the rare hybrid who can diagnose, repair, sell, and have the option to install major plumbing projects. Requirements
- 2+ Year of Service Tech Experience (Plumbing)
- Strong technical skills AND strong closing ability
- Ability to install or coordinate installations
- Valid driver’s license
- Passion for earning BIG and delivering a premium customer experience
Responsibilities
- Run service calls, diagnose issues, and perform repairs.
- Identify opportunities to replace equipment (plumbing systems, water heaters, HVAC systems, repipes, etc.).
- Sell full system replacements and installations directly to the customer.
- Perform the installations personally or coordinate with install teams.
- Deliver an unforgettable customer experience at every step.
