Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Minimum of 2 years of plumbing service experience (preferred).
- Plumbing license or certifications are a plus but not required (depending on local regulations).
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and explain repair options to customers.
- Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, drains, piping, and plumbing equipment.
- Complete inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Accurately document work performed using company software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
- Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes.
