About The Position
R & T Yoder Electric, Plumbing, & HVAC, Inc. is hiring an experienced, full-commission Plumbing Sales Consultant in Columbus, Ohio. The role offers earnings of $200,000 to $400,000 or more, a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and a company vehicle for qualified applicants. The company is family-owned and operated and has served the Central Ohio region for more than 20 years. The position involves plumbing sales and requires experience with residential and/or commercial plumbing systems and local codes, as well as in-field sales experience. The consultant will communicate with clients and customers and train junior team members. Requirements
- At least 4 years of plumbing sales experience.
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial plumbing systems and local codes.
- In-field sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Self-motivated, service-oriented, punctual, and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly in layman's terms.
- Ability to establish rapport with people.
- Respect for others and their personal property.
- Pride in one's work.
Responsibilities
