About The Position

Sales Associates engage with customers professionally and courteously, both in-store and over the phone. They assist customers with home improvement or construction projects by providing knowledgeable guidance and support. The position calls for knowledge of the building and home improvement industry, strong communication and interpersonal skills, technical proficiency in quoting and computer systems, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

The role requires basic education, including the ability to read and write competently. Some experience selling or serving customers and knowledge of building materials are desirable but not required. The position involves physical effort, including standing, extensive walking, and medium lifting, with constant medium work and occasional heavy work. Work takes place in both air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned environments.
