Plumbing Program Manager
About The Position
Paces Restoration, an American Restoration Brand, has over 25 years of restoration experience and operates as a 24/7/365 COMPLETE restoration company. We pride ourselves in treating our customers with respect and aim to please in all aspects. We are actively looking to hire an experienced, hard-working, and enthusiastic sales professional as an Outside Sales Manager. This manager will focus on building and developing relationships with plumbing companies in the areas that Paces services. This manager will work directly with our Mitigation division and build relationships with other companies in our area. This position focuses on creating long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships between our company and other service providers. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to join a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Requirements
- Customer service experience is a MUST
- Knowledge of basic computer products (Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to learn new software systems like Albi/Sage/Slack
- Professional and accurate oral/written communication skills, including positive, professional phone skills and etiquette, and professional correspondence through email and text
- Multi-tasking is a MUST
Nice To Haves
- At least 2+ years sales experience needed, but not required
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer relationships
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Provide product information and support to customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Prepare and present sales proposals to customers
- Follow up with customers after the sale is completed
- Be flexible working before 8am and after 5pm and the possibility of working some hours on the weekends
