Responsibilities

Ensures vehicles in the fleet are maintained both mechanically and visually to company standards
Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted sales and required profits
Completes/reviews Daily Management Report (DMR)
Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, customer satisfaction, etc.) are achieved
Conducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports by holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standards
Places regular phone calls to customers to discuss satisfaction
Reviews payroll reports ensuring hours and pay are correct
Inspects all field operations to ensure excellent service
