Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the plumbing department to ensure efficient operations, high-quality workmanship, and strong customer satisfaction
  • Drive revenue growth by bolstering sales performance, improving service opportunities, and supporting technicians in closing work
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to develop technicians’ technical skills, communication, and professionalism
  • Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting, diagnostics, and complex plumbing situations
  • Improve team support systems, workflows, and scheduling to maximize productivity and response times
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local plumbing codes
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, growth, and customer-first service
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance metrics, staffing needs, and continuous improvement initiatives
