About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager to oversee, coach, and elevate our team of field technicians. In this role, you will lead daily service operations, maintain high safety and quality standards, manage operational budgets, and foster a high-performance culture.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience required
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record required.
Strong expertise in plumbing repair, maintenance, time management, and team communication.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs repeatedly.
Comfort working in tight spaces (crawlspaces, attics) and varying temperatures (indoor/outdoor).
Ability to climb ladders, operate field tablets, and travel up to 75% locally between job sites.

Nice To Haves

prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred
Trade school, college, or military background preferred.

Responsibilities

Coach, mentor, and train technicians on advanced plumbing techniques, customer service, and safety standards.
Work closely with dispatch to assign jobs based on technician skill level, efficiency, and schedule needs.
Inspect completed field work to ensure all repairs and installations meet local codes, safety standards, and company quality benchmarks.
Monitor budgets, operational targets, and KPIs to drive overall department efficiency and profitability.
Oversee timely parts ordering and handle vendor relations regarding warranties, equipment issues, and recalls.
Partner with senior management to set and achieve company goals.
