About The Position

DiBiase Heating and Cooling is seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Manager to lead our plumbing daily operations and ensure our projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. As a key leader, you will oversee plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair activities, coordinate with project teams, and manage field personnel. Your expertise in plumbing, mechanical systems, and team leadership will drive successful project outcomes and uphold safety protocols across all job sites.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial) and prior supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Valid Plumbing license (Journeyman or Master)
  • Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania codes
  • Extensive knowledge of construction estimating specific to plumbing projects
  • Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, HVAC plans, and mechanical diagrams
  • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other construction machinery
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues on-site
  • Experience with field service operations including maintenance and remodeling projects
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on construction sites
  • Familiarity with carpentry basics relevant to remodeling or integrated construction work
  • Knowledge of schematics related to HVAC systems and commercial building plumbing systems
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must pass background check

Nice To Haves

  • Valid commercial driver’s license preferred for site travel or equipment transport purposes
  • Excellent basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and estimations
  • Prior experience in construction site management or as a handyman is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance activities on customers' sites, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards
  • Manage plumbing crews, assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to ensure timely completion of work
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing systems and mechanical layouts
  • Estimate construction costs related to plumbing work by analyzing project specifications and materials requirements
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices across all projects
  • Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other necessary machinery for plumbing tasks
