We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Plumbing Department as a Plumbing Laborer / Apprentice. This position is designed for individuals who want to learn the plumbing trade, gain hands-on experience, and potentially earn an opportunity to enter a state-recognized apprenticeship program. No plumbing experience is required. We are looking for hardworking, dependable people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to work with tools
Ability to work in construction and outdoor environments
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

Construction or trade experience is helpful but not required
Previous plumbing apprenticeship experience, plumbing trade experience, or relevant construction experience may be considered at a higher starting wage

Responsibilities

Assisting licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance
Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment
Preparing and maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
Assisting with excavation, trenching, piping, fixtures, and other plumbing-related work
Operating hand tools and power tools safely
Learning plumbing systems, codes, and industry best practices
Following OSHA and company safety procedures
Performing additional duties as assigned
