About The Position

The Plumbing Installer provides the installation of plumbing systems, primarily water heaters to residential and/or commercial customers. Also, may include some troubleshooting, maintenance and service of plumbing systems. Maintains good customer relations and applies technical skills and a general knowledge of industry standards and government regulations to all work.

Requirements

2 plus years of experience changing out electric and gas water heaters.
Basic plumbing capabilities.
A valid driver’s license is required.

Nice To Haves

Tankless water heater experience is a plus.
Knowledge of local and national plumbing code is desired.

Responsibilities

Installation of plumbing systems, primarily water heaters to residential and/or commercial customers.
Troubleshooting, maintenance and service of plumbing systems.
Maintain good customer relations.
Apply technical skills and a general knowledge of industry standards and government regulations to all work.
Perform HEAVY work to include working in a variety of spaces such as crawl spaces, rafters, attics, and roofs.
Work in confined spaces.
Work, move, and lift or carry heavy objects of 60-100 lbs or more to include water heaters, tubs, and materials.
Climb ladders, work overhead, manipulate and maneuver tools.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing and pulling.
