About The Position

Dutton Plumbing Cooling, Heating is seeking a Plumbing Lead Installer with residential plumbing installation and service experience who can provide customers with an excellent service experience. The role involves working in residential homes and offers year-round work, twice-weekly technical and service sales training, a fully stocked truck with a replenishment program, and support from a team of managers. Compensation includes weekly pay and incentive opportunities. The stated starting rate is $75,000–$120,000, with actual base pay dependent on factors including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The posting also lists posted pay rates of $80,000–$100,000 per year. Requirements

At least 2 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
Proven experience in the plumbing service trade in residential homes.
High ethics and integrity.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to meet the physical demands described in the posting, including lifting, carrying, or pushing up to 25 pounds.
