About The Position

The role offers year-round work, twice-weekly technical and service-sales training in a training-room lab, stocked work vehicles with replenishment, and support from a management team. Compensation includes weekly pay and incentive opportunities. The posted pay range is $80,000–$100,000 per year, while the description also states a starting-rate range of $75,000–$120,000; actual pay depends on factors including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Requirements

At least 2 years of residential plumbing installation experience.
Proven experience in the residential plumbing service trade.
High ethics and integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing or sitting, bending, climbing stairs or ladders, repetitive motion, kneeling, reaching, squatting, crawling, walking, running, driving, and maneuvering up to 25 pounds by lifting, carrying, or pushing.

Responsibilities
