Requirements

1-2 years of plumbing experience
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record with 2+ years driving experience and a clean MVR
Ability to successfully pass a drug and background screen if offered an employment
21 years old minimum
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and time management
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

Assist lead plumbing technicians in efficient and accurate installations.
Establish strong customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
Demonstrate professionalism and knowledge to foster new referrals and repeat business.
Properly stage jobs, adhering to quality checklists.
Support lead technicians in maintaining clean, organized job sites and accurate truck inventory.
Actively participate in on-the-job training and formal exercises to master the trade.
Complete accurate and timely paperwork.
