Requirements
- Willingness to learn and grow within the trade.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and standing for long periods.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience is a plus but not required– we will train the right candidates!
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with daily tasks, including setup, maintenance, and clean-up.
- Operate tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Provide exceptional customer service while on job sites.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
