Seaside Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor to serve as the primary support resource for technicians in the field. This is a high-performance leadership role focused on coaching, accountability, and communication, acting as the bridge between leadership and the field. The ideal candidate will help lead and develop a team of technicians to become elite in their field. This role is not just about plumbing expertise but also about investing in leadership development, coaching, and building strong teams, allowing the supervisor to multiply their impact by developing others.

Requirements

3+ years of residential service plumbing experience

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary support resource for technicians in the field
Provide real-time coaching on technical execution, pricing, and customer experience
Conduct weekly ride-alongs and virtual coaching sessions
Deliver clear, actionable feedback to improve technician performance
Support field escalations and ensure consistency in pricing and standards
Partner with Service Managers to review performance and ensure follow-through
Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) on a rotating Saturday schedule
Set the tone for the day through communication and leadership
Support apprentices and technicians in skill development and growth
