About The Position

Seaside Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Field Supervisor to serve as the primary support resource for technicians in the field. This is a high-performance leadership role focused on coaching, accountability, and communication. The Field Supervisor acts as the bridge between leadership and the field, setting the tone and helping to develop technicians into elite professionals. This role is not just about technical plumbing skills but also about leadership development, coaching, and building strong teams.

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong communicator and team player

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support resource for technicians in the field
• Provide real-time coaching on technical execution, pricing, and customer experience
• Conduct weekly ride-alongs and virtual coaching sessions
• Deliver clear, actionable feedback to improve technician performance
• Support field escalations and ensure consistency in pricing and standards
• Partner with Service Managers to review performance and ensure follow-through
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) on a rotating Saturday schedule
• Set the tone for the day through communication and leadership
• Support apprentices and technicians in skill development and growth
