About The Position

Mr. Holland’s Home Services is seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Field Supervisor / Coach to join their team in New Berlin, WI. This role combines hands-on plumbing expertise, team leadership, and regulatory oversight. The position involves performing ride-alongs, working in the field to generate revenue, ensuring site safety, conducting plumbing repairs, completing site field reports, and supervising other plumbers. Requirements

• Must possess a valid Journeyman or Master Plumbing license.
• Proven track record in plumbing operations management, service management, or a senior supervisory field role.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

• A valid Wisconsin Master Plumber license is highly preferred.
• Experience with plumbing industry dispatch software is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of plumbing technicians.
• Perform ride-alongs to provide field training, coaching, and safety oversight.
• Work actively in the field to perform plumbing repairs and directly contribute to company revenue targets.
• Oversee daily dispatching, scheduling, site field reports, and workflow optimization.
• Utilize master-level plumbing knowledge to troubleshoot complex issues and assist technicians in the field.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain service reputation.
• Enforce industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies on all job sites.
