Requirements

1+ year of residential plumbing experience
Great sales experience with proven record
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed

Strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent customer service and communication

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to diagnose plumbing concerns and present repair and replacement solutions
Educate customers on plumbing systems, products, and service options
Build trust and deliver a world-class customer experience
Drive revenue through ethical, solutions-based sales
Create accurate estimates and recommendations using Service Titan
Work closely with install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Meet and exceed sales and performance goals
Maintain professionalism, communication, and follow-through throughout the customer journey
