About The Position

This position is in-office in the city of Brea, CA. Work Schedule: This shift will tend to end around 7:00 pm. We ask that candidates have open availability Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays and OT as well. Job Overview: Are you a master of multitasking with a knack for communication? Join Service Champions as a Dispatcher for the Plumbing department and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' homes are serviced promptly. As a Dispatcher, you will be the central communication hub between our customers, field technicians, and various areas of the business operations team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dispatching experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software.

Nice To Haves

• Plumbing industry experience is preferred.
• Service Titan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently schedule and dispatch service calls to field technicians.
• Act as the main point of contact for field teams, customers, and management.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor schedules closely and make real-time adjustments to optimize operations.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, schedules, and any incidents.
• Coordinate emergency response efforts when necessary.
• Ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet operational demands.
• Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
