About The Position

BSA designs facilities that support, enhance and inspire healing, learning and discovery. Our integrated disciplinary efforts with visionary healthcare, higher education and research clients achieve measurable outcomes through metrics-driven design solutions. We are searching for an upcoming or recent Mechanical Engineering graduate to join either our Raleigh, NC studio or our St. Louis, MO studio!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Professional degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
  • 0-3 years of applicable experience
  • Microsoft Teams environment, including Co-Pilot, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Large Language Models (LLM's)
  • familiarity with Deltek VantagePoint preferred
  • Architecture CAD, Revit, Sketchup, Bluebeam
  • Graphic Software: InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and other transformative design tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assists Engineers with the design and documentation of complex projects
  • Prepares and develops high-quality project documents
  • Participates in various design and construction phases of projects
  • Attends client, consultant, and design committee meetings as needed
  • Collaborates and communicates effectively with project team members
  • Contributes to project debriefs and lessons-learned sessions
  • Manages time effectively to meet deadlines and project budgets
  • Works within assigned project hours and tasks, with guidance from senior team members
