Call The Bee is hiring a Plumbing Manager to lead their residential plumbing division. This role involves leading a skilled team, driving operational and revenue growth, and ensuring best-in-class service for customers. The Plumbing Manager will be responsible for elevating team performance and taking ownership of results within the growing plumbing division.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in residential plumbing
Strong technical knowledge and ability to support field teams
Familiarity with local plumbing codes and permit processes
Results-driven with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Master plumber license preferred (or working toward one)

Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and support a team of licensed plumbers.
Set performance standards, enforce safety protocols, and foster a culture of accountability and professionalism.
Coordinate daily workflow, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure compliance with all codes and safety regulations.
Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize team efficiency.
Identify areas for increased sales and profitability within plumbing operations.
Monitor KPIs, manage team productivity, and ensure service targets are met or exceeded.
Provide hands-on support in the field when needed.
Serve as a technical resource for the team and ensure all work meets quality standards.
Ensure customers receive high-quality, timely, and respectful service.
Proactively address concerns and lead the team in delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing staff.
Build a positive team culture focused on growth, skill development, and retention.
