Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in residential plumbing
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to support field teams
  • Familiarity with local plumbing codes and permit processes
  • Results-driven with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Master plumber license preferred (or working toward one)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of licensed plumbers.
  • Set performance standards, enforce safety protocols, and foster a culture of accountability and professionalism.
  • Coordinate daily workflow, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure compliance with all codes and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with dispatch and office staff to maximize team efficiency.
  • Identify areas for increased sales and profitability within plumbing operations.
  • Monitor KPIs, manage team productivity, and ensure service targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide hands-on support in the field when needed.
  • Serve as a technical resource for the team and ensure all work meets quality standards.
  • Ensure customers receive high-quality, timely, and respectful service.
  • Proactively address concerns and lead the team in delivering a top-tier customer experience.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing staff.
  • Build a positive team culture focused on growth, skill development, and retention.
