We are hiring an Electrical & Plumbing Trades Manager to lead from the front. Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven leadership/track record required
  • Strong knowledge in residential electric required
  • Ability to inspire and drive personal and professional growth in team members.
  • Commitment to delivering unmatched homeowner satisfaction.
  • Strong presentation and group communication skills.
  • Confident, decisive communicator in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Electrical & Plumbing Technicians.
  • Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards.
  • Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide hands-on leadership with a particular emphasis on electrical operations, technician development, and department growth.
  • Drive team financial performance through goal-setting, reporting, and coaching.
  • Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement.
  • Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.
  • Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes.
  • Improve efficiency through scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Support operational consistency and growth across both electrical and plumbing departments.
  • Own the outcome of every job, including escalations.
  • Ensure responsiveness, professionalism, and high-quality service delivery.
